Happy Christmas & Merry New Years...

2009 was a busy & tough year. Lots of work, great tunes, super grooves... 40th birthday!! But also bad business deals, disappointments and dishonest clients. We never cease to learn... hopefully I won't get fooled again... luckily, my family & friends were always there.
May 2010 be the best yet!
So have a warm & safe holiday season... Take some time to share with your family & friends... I know I will. They're simply the best :)

Studio house for rent!!!

We're spending most of August in Saskatchewan to do shows and harvest the land.
So Dogger Pond is for rent! From August 3rd to the 25th or so.
3 bedrooms with 5 beds (or more if needed)
2 bathrooms
Kitchen with a Rancilio espresso machine and gas stove (that alone is worth it...)

Studio with most of the gear and instruments. (I'll be bringing some guitars to Sask)
We're talking top-notch mic pres and converters, baby grand, Sonor drum kit ... A great place to record.

The pond is swimmable. 12 feet deep, fresh water.
Hammocks... veranda... woodshop... backyard 4 Km deep forest with trails... BEER FRIDGE!!

Le Mondial des Cultures!

About a month ago, I started working as artistic director at Le Mondial des Cultures.

If you don't know the mondial, you're missing out on one of the nicest festivals around...

The atmosphere is simply grand! Over 1000 artists from every corner of the planet have been coming here for 28 years.

You can see dance from Africa or Nepal, hear music from Taiwan or Scotland... or Québec. There's a bunch of local talent as well... and big entertainment names too.

This year we have 14 different countries, Kaïn, Harry Manx, Florence K and so much more. Come see us. It's SOOO worth the trip :)
